The weed science tour also highlighted graduate student research focused on non-chemical control tactic for Italian ryegrass. The half day event was attended by 89 individuals who influenced or managed corn, soybean, and wheat acres in Kentucky. Participant surveys indicated that the field day provided information worth a value of $10 per acre.
