The problem With busy work and family lives, it is challenge for prepare tasty and healthy food at home. Cook Together/ Eat Together has been taught to 4 different groups of youth/adult family members. A request was made to the Extension Office to offer the classes for couples and other adults.
The educational program response 5 sessions of hands on food preparations were taught by the FCS agent for 13 adults; (one couple attended all 5 sessions)

Program impact or participant response. In post evaluations, 5 individuals said that since the program began that they were eating more haealthy meals at home; 8 related that they were cooking more meals at home and 6 had tried at least one of their new recipes at home. The couple related,
"we have always cooked dinner together after we are home from work. Because if these classes, it has become a much more enjoyable time together. We are excited to try new recipes and reconnect while we cook."
