In May, teens were given job applications to fill out and return to the extension office. Upon returning those applications, teens also scheduleda a job interview for the month of June. As a result of this process, 8 teens were interviewed by a panel of interviewers and were selected to serve as Junior Camp Counselors, Furthermore, in July these teens completed required training hours and orientations to become effective 4-H Camp Counselors leaders.
