Outcome: Intermediate Outcome

Since Mr. Jerry Little has retired i have had the opportunity to serve as the ag agent in Boyle County for several of weeks since Jerry's retirement. I have worked closely with the staff at the Boyle County office. Most of our area meetings were held at the Boyle County Extension office and I served as the contact to making sure the meeting room was setup and everything we needed was a go. It was a pleasure in getting to know the staff and other agents in Boyle County. All the meetings went very well and i am thankfully for the good people in that office.

Not only while covering Boyle County did i get to work with the staff in this office but i also got to help many of the county's producers. I took phones calls and answered any questions that might have had. I help one producer with a weed that was growing in the pond. Once our conversation ended, he asked if he owned me anything for my efforts since i wasn't "their" full time ag agent. I just thanked him for offering and told him that wasn't necessary and that i was glad to help. Even little things like that i consider a win!
