In December of 2021, I was notified that I was invited to submit a chapter proposal on Community Leadership Development. Through networking at the Extension annual conference, I was able to connect with agents across Kentucky who had success stories to tell related to programming efforts in Community Leadership Development. Drawing from work done by DJ Scully, Campbell County, I was able to submit a case example to [chapter name]. I also submitted a case example from Extension planning and public engagement work through CEDIK in Bourbon County (reported in 2021 KERS success stories) as a case example of public engagement process. In addition, I was invited to submit a second chapter proposal [Chapter title and book]. In this chapter highlighting the connections between leadership development and community development, i was able to use case examples from Dj Scully, Campbell County; Dan Allen, Kenton County; and Jennifer Bridge, (MORE DETAILS COMING.
