Getting Back on Track
Two local rehabilitation centers in Floyd County, Hope in the Mountains and Mountain Recovery needed information on teaching their participants how to provide healthy meals for themselves and their families once they return home. The centers contacted the Floyd County Cooperative Service, (Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program Assistant) (EFNEP) for help. A series of classed were arranged.
The group wanted information on how to provide delicious meals for their families and how to change their eating habits to help improve their overall health. |
