Planning Unit: Scott County CES

Major Program: Leadership

Plan of Work: Unrelated to a specified County Plan of Work

Outcome: Initial Outcome

After a year of ups and downs due to Covid-19, a celebration of recognizing the hard work of our 4-H members accomplished was exactly what 4-H youth needed. The 4-H Council, along with the Scott County 4-H Youth Development Agents planned a banquet that would recognize the success of Scott County 4-H members for the 2020-2021 4-H program year. 4-H members were asked to complete a qualtrics survey, where they clarified what project they would like to be recognized for and how many years they had been enrolled in 4-H. Projects were recognized by the 4-H content areas and county, district, and state level. Twenty-eight 4-H members and sixteen 4-H club leaders and volunteers were recognized for their hard work. 4-H members received 4-H project pins and a year enrolled pin. Volunteers received a pin of year of service and a outdoor camping chair.Everyone had a delightful night with light refreshments and receiving a piece of 4-H history with the 4-H project pins.
