Outcome: Intermediate Outcome
At the time, a Teen 4-Her made a pledge to herself and others to become a 4-H Summer Camp Staff. In May 2018, Kachine Evans did just that. Kachine has been a participant of Summer Camp as a camper and teen leader, for 10 years. As soon, Kachine became 18 years old, she applied for a position at North Central 4-H Camp and was successful. She contributes her years attending camp, building camp relationships, being a member of Bath County Teen Council and Wildcat Leadership Council, and much more for preparing her to conduct interviews, researching, developing communication skills, developing high self esteem and much more. At the end of Summer Camp Season 2021, Kachine completed her third year on North Central 4-H Camp Staff. She informed me, she truly believes, her years on camp made her develop so much over the years with planning skills, working with a group, learning ages/stages of youth, and so much more. She will be graduating from Morehead State University in December, 2021.
