The Powell County Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) Assistant Senior was granted the opportunity to provide continuous nutrition education classes via zoom to Goodwill Industries of Kentucky’s RISE (Reintegrating Individuals Successful Everyday) program participants. Mountain Comprehensive Care has locations throughout the state of Kentucky where they serve both youth and adults who need addiction services, behavioral health, crisis services, developmental/intellectual disability services and more. Powell County is fortunate to have a Mountain Comp Care Center in the community.
