The Expanded Food Nutritional Education Program in Pike County KY has partnered with West Care Rehabilitation to teach their male residents /clients about nutrition by teaching My Plate Curriculum. Residents learned how to read recipes, measure, food safety, menu planning, portion control and how to make a grocery list.
