Describe the Issue or Situation Homemaker officers play a vital role in the Kentucky Extension Homemakers Association (KEHA) by supporting the organization’s mission and leading local clubs. However, many officers need training and support to fully understand their responsibilities, confidently perform their roles, and effectively manage club activities.
