Character Counts defines character as “the summation of a person’s habits, attitudes, and attributes.” Developing strong character does not happen by chance, it requires intentional instruction, guidance, and real-life practice. At Owsley County 4-H, we recognize the importance of character education and actively work to instill positive values in youth through year-round programming.
