Around the beginning of August, the Owen County 4-H Youth Development agent received a phone call from a parent wanting to get their child involved in Cloverbuds, while talking to the parent they mentioned volunteering, so as we do, we went through the approval process for the volunteers, and in October we started Cloverbuds in Owen County.
