Homemaker leaders in Oldham County and the Louisville Area wanted to share their knowledge and expertise with members of the community who entered their handmade projects in the KEHA Cultural Arts competition, county fairs, or Kentucky State Fair. In a day long seminar, judges and former winners of various artistic categories discussed criteria, demonstrated techniques, and presented examples of quality winning entries.
