Morgan County Extension leadership realizes the importance of creating and supporting local economies and entrepreneurs. Volunteers are the heart of any successful Extension program, but they are often the unsung heroes. The Morgan County Extension Council, in an effort to highlight the importance of these volunteers, organized an annual fall recognition dinner.
