Barbeque Cooking Safety

21 4H youth participated in a 4H Barbecue Cooking camp under the leadership of a UK animal sciences and food services specialist. Participants in the program had the opportunity to learn the basics of: food safety, hand washing, food temperatures, safely preparing a barbeque grill and controlling the fire on the grill.
