Major Program: Leadership 4-H Core Curriculum
The 4-H agent trained 8 high school teens to conduct leadership activities as part of a Summer camp for a local middle school. The goal of this program was to empower these teens to teach leadership activities to incoming middle school students as part of their middle school "Boot Camp" orientation. The 4H agent taught the teens basic leadership and teambuilding activities that usually work really well with middle school students. Each activity was designed to last from 30-45 minutes.
