In response to the Covid-19 epidemic, the 4H program created a partnership with the UK College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment and the UK College of Nursing to bring together both colleges to write letters of thanks, encouragement, and support to Health Care Providers on the front line battling COVID-19 across Kentucky and the rest of the United States. Public Speaking skills are valuable communication tools that youth need to fully succeed in their school and career path. 4-H offers various ways to teach public speaking and other communication lessons.
