BingoCize with Morning Pointe Assisted Living

BingoCize is a ten-week 20 session Exercise Only program offered to Morning Pointe Assisted Living Center twice a week. There are about 15 participants each week. Throughout the program participants' mobility has improved, steadiness on their feet, and overall improvement in mood. BingoCize offers exercises that promote group games that are socially engaging for seniors. This program allows for low-impact exercises that increase heart rate and stay active without putting too much pressure on
