Cook Together Eat Together has made a big difference for families in Menifee County. This program, hosted by the Menifee County Nutrition Education Program Assistant Senior and the Menifee County Family & Consumer Sciences Agent, helped 5 participants including parents, grandparents and children cook healthy meals together.According to the American Heart Association, 91% of parents feel less stressed when their family eats together.
