The 99th Annual Kentucky 4-H Teen Conference was held at the University of Kentucky June 13-16, 2023. Voting is an indicator of community and civic engagement. According to the US Census Bureau, 67% of Kentuckians 18 to 24 did not vote during the 2022 presidential election.
