Describe the Issue or Situation.Since the 4H Youth Development agent transferred in March, this ANR agent has worked diligently with the 4H program in the areas of livestock and camping. Over 90 youth are involved in these 2 areas of 4H so parents and youth were concerned without an agent these programs would get overlooked or done improperly.
