During the summer months of June, July, August and September 2017 the SNAP­ Ed Assistant from the Jackson County Cooperative Extension Service promoted Kentucky Proud produce and recipes by offering weekly food sampling using the Kentucky Proud recipes at the various Jackson County Farmer's Markets countywide locations.
