According to the 2019 Community Needs Assessment, one of the top issues for Hart County were more youth life skills training (money management, life decision making) To help in this areas all 5th grade youth participated in the Dollars and Sense Program during the 2022-2023 school year. Hart County had over 150 youth who participated in the Dollars and Sense Program. Members of the Hart County 4-H Teen Club volunteered as booth workers at each of the five elementary schools
