Each fall, the Harrison County Teen Council comes together to appoint new officer and committee positions that will help market and represent 4-H within the community.  The group consists of 32 middle and high school students that have shown an interest in gaining leadership and communication skills through council involvement.  One requirement for council members, is to assist with an after-school or in-school club each month.  Four teens in particular expressed an interest in be
