One of Greenup County's most valuable resources is our people who are willing to use and share their talents for the good of the community. Blaine Roberts has grown up as an active member of Greenup Arts. Blaine was one of the first student actors to be part of the Jesse Stuart music/drama programming when the first agent, Cora Hughes, was hired for the Fine Arts Program in Greenup County in 2008.
