Communication skills are more important than ever as we live in such a fast-paced environment. Elementary educators in Green County reported that students have not yet focused on any public speaking efforts and also lack interpersonal communication skills and many need confidence building opportunities. To address this need, Green County 4-H incorporated a public speaking opportunity with a writing piece that had already been assigned to all 5th grade students as part of their testing effo
