Cooking and figuring out what to cook, can be challenging to individuals who are just learning, and even to the most experienced of cooks as well. For the residents of Grayson County, KY., making healthier choices has become more important than ever before. Recently the Nutrition Education Program Assistant held a series of classes at the Grayson County Extension Office entitled, “Making Healthier Choices.” The NEP assistant used the “Healthy Choices for Every Body” curriculum.
