There was interest in cake decorating classes by members of the community. The Graves County Cooperative Extension Service partnered with Karen's Cake Creations, a local baker, to teach cake decorating classes throughout the year. The classes focussed on a variety of techniques for decorating and frosting cakes, cookies, cupcakes and cookie cakes.
