The Julian Farm has been in the same family since 1813 and now has a board of directors to ensure the property remains a farm after the remaining heirs. I have been working with the current owner, Jane, and members of the board to help draft a new lease agreement with the current producer as the farm transitions to a working educational & demonstration farm.
