Eating more Protein After teaching an Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program class on protein, to a group consisting of five members, at the Maytown Community Center/Food Pantry the conversation had quickly turned to how expensive meat is and how some family members did not like meat. A follow up lesson was taught. During the class other sources of protein were discussed such a peanut butter, beans, nuts, and soy.
