According to most recent county healthcare profiles and health facts for Fleming County, 68% adults are obese, 38% report a lack of personal physical activity, 14% adults have diabetes. In an effort to increase awareness and improve individual wellness, the Fleming County Extension Service Family and Consumer Science program conducted a 10 week series of Weight- the Reality Series.
