4-H Teen Retreat

In September of 2022, Fleming County 4-H had 5 Teen Council members attend the 4-H Multi-County Teen Retreat at North Central 4-H Camp.  The packed schedule was full of quality educational activities and events for the youth participants. 4-H Teen Leadership Academy

According to the National Alliance for Secondary education and Transition, youth who participate in organizational leadership roles, planning activities, making presentations, and participating in extra-curricular activities show higher levels of self- efficacy, self-advocacy, and self -determination.
