The Johnson County Extension Council and 4-H Program Council identified the need for youth opportunities in life skills and leadership as a priority for the 2019-2020 Plan of Work. As a result of this directive, Extension personnel, teachers and school systems worked together to provide 4-H Programming in the form of organized 4-H School clubs.
