Nutrition education utilizing the WIN curriculum Childhood obesity is a serious epidemic across the commonwealth, especially in Knott Co. The Knott Co extension council has identified this need for extension to address for numerous years now. Fall of 2018 Knott Co 4H and an elementary school focused on Wellness and nutrition education. The WIN curriculum was utilized and all grades K through 8 were reached, while grades 4-8 were evaluated.
