Describe the Issue or Situation.The incidence of cancer in the Eastern part of Kentucky is significantly higher than other parts of the state. Breast cancer awareness and education about early screening and detection has been proven to save lives of women in the United States. Therefore, our homemakers have chosen to make it a priority each year to host a luncheon, providing education for people in the community about screening and prevention.Describe the Outreach or Educational Prog
