Nutrition and Healthy Eating Program The Foothills Rural Telephone Cooperative in Johnson County, has been providing virtual programming for their employees for in-service purposes. They requested a video of information concerning the newest Dietary Guidelines and My Plate and how to incorporate those things into planning a healthy eating plan.
