4-H Virtual Baking Club

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the mental health of our youth has suffered drastically, therefore ways to address mental health and self-confidence is vital. Studies show that learning to cook and prepare your own food can lead to more self-confidence in youth, so the Madison County Extension Service put together a 4-H Baking Club to teach youth to bake in their own homes to help combat youth mental health.
