Data from the 2017 Early Childhood Profile indicates that only 34.3% of children in Clinton County are ready to enter kindergarten. Because every child deserves the opportunity to develop early literacy skills, the Clinton County Cooperative Extension Service partnered with the Community Early Childhood Council to promote implementation of and enrollment in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library.
