The kentuckyhealthfacts.org reports that 38% of the adult population in Clay County reported less than good health, 19% have diabetes, 47% have hypertension and 40% reports lack of physical activity. The kentuckyhealthfacts.org reports that 38% of the adult population in Clay County is obese.
