Using the Healthy Choices for Every Body curriculum, Budgeting your Monies, 17 parents and their children made shopping lists of the items they needed using a simple method only purchasing what was on the list, including healthy snacks. After examining the cupboards, they proceeded to make their list, adding in store ads, sale items, and digital coupons.
