In the wake of COVID shutdowns and rigid social guidelines, Carlisle County, like many across the Commonwealth, was left without a county fair. After discussion with County Extension Council, Ag Council and Homemaker Council, it was decided to host a standalone event for clients to showcase their home and garden projects.
