The Family and Consumer Sciences Agent has, for years, formed a coalition with our local artists. Butler County has a rich heritage of talented and creative people. Since art classes have been reduced in the school system, the gap is being addressed by offering classes that promote the arts in our community. Classes that promote the Arts have been held at various locations with the following medias being taught: Painting, Quilting, Sculpting, Caning, Writing, Photography, Carving and Music. As a
