Major Program: Truth and Consequences: The Choice is Yours
Truth and Consequences was delivered on two separate days to two separate schools in Boyd County. Kentucky has an ongoing problem with drugs, methamphetamine, oxycodone, and other various illegal and prescription drugs. Many of our arrests for DUI are drug related rather than alcohol related. There is a need for continued substance abuse prevention and intervention in Boyd County. The Family and Consumer Sciences agent and 4H agent partnered to make this program a success and d
