Raising Awareness: Alpha-Gal Syndrome and Tick Bite Prevention in McCracken County

While still considered “rare” relative to other medical issues in the state, Kentucky is one of the states with the most cases of alpha-gal syndrome in the US, according to the CDC, with some Kentucky counties presenting the highest cases per capita in the country.
