According to the Barren River District Health Department, Logan County ranks in the 95th percentile for childhood obesity. This data includes 23% of kindergarten age and 30% of 6th grade students that are reported as obese. Adulting 101

Many basic life skills are not the focus of regular classroom curriculum that students learn in the classroom. To address this issue, the Logan County Extension Agents for Family and Consumer Sciences and 4-H Youth Development pulled together 4-H and Family Consumer Science curriculum to build an Adulting 101 program.
