Leadership is a trait that some possess however most can learn leadership also. Leadership among youth, especially high school age is on a decline in the eyes of some communities. Knowing what is stated above the Lincoln County 4-H Agent has made it a focus to enhance Teen Programming for youth grades 6-12. Oppurtunites for youth to grow, build skills, and develop qualities such as leadership skills are not as prevalent as they were 10 years ago. With that being said it has been a goal of the Lincoln 4-H Program, under the guidance of the 4-H Youth Development Agent to provide these opportunities.
