Major Program: Active Living and Health Promotions General
The first ever Bingocize program in Lincoln County was held in the spring of 2022. Bingocize is an evidence-based health promotion program that combines exercise with the game of bingo. Participants played Bingocize for 20 sessions. In this first program, 18 participants played bingo and exercised. Participants increased muscle strength, flexibility, and range of motion; decreased stress; improved their balance; increased their social skills; and reduced their risk of fa
