Describe the Issue or Situation. In 2023, there were 1,152 people in Kentucky diagnosed with breast cancer. Average annual count of 7 were in Lewis County, with 33.3% of cases with Late Stage diagnoses. Describe the Outreach or Educational Program Response (and Partners, if applicable).
