Situation:
Estill County is a heavenly forested area with a large amount of natural resources and beauty, many farms, artisans, and hobbies. With a lack of heavy industry in the county many extension boards identified creating supplemental income and trained skill workers as an important mission of extensions
Long-Term Outcomes:
people in Estill County will have the skills and knowledge to create addition income from value added products to help create a vibrant economy.
Intermediate Outcomes:
Youth participation in skilled projects and clubs will increase

Youth will work on project using skills learned from extension

adults will invest in value added production
Initial Outcomes:
